SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will take approximately 15 to 25 business days for completion.
Please allow additional handling time for orders containing precious gemstones, diamonds, gold, or any custom orders. It can take 20 to 40 business days to complete depending on the complexity of the design.
All shipments will include tracking info, insurance, as well signature confirmation.
Shipping is free in the USA and shipped via USPS.
International shipping charges and timeframes vary for different countries and also shipped via USPS.

Ring weight will vary between ring sizes.
CUTOFF Holiday Shipping Guide
Orders must be placed in time before Christmas delivery cutoff dates:
December 5th for the domestic/ USA orders
December 3rd International orders*

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note due to the products being handmade we do not offer refunds; however, we do allow exchanges for different sizes or different rings of equal value or more. We also resize rings if necessary.
